Everything you need to know about Big Air
I booked a party. Is my deposit refundable?

No. All deposits are non-refundable.

Do you provide tablecloths and decorations?

No, we provide all paper goods but we do not provide any decorations.

Can I bring outside food if I booked a birthday party?

A catering fee of $100 per item will be added on if you choose to bring in outside food. Party guests who book through big air events may bring in cake or cupcakes.

When can I set up for my party?

All parties are guaranteed 15 minutes prior to their scheduled table time to start setting up.

Do I get the room the whole time of my party?

No. All parties have a one hour room time. Any added on room time must be done with the events department if available.

If I have a cast, am I still able to jump?

If guests have any casts and or medical support braces that are used to immobilize injury or support the healing of injured bones or otherwise, they will not be allowed to jump.
