  5. A deposit is required for groups of 100+ and all private events. Group rates are booked in one hour increments. Prices include Air Socks! Reservations should be made a minimum of one week in advance. All time slots are subject to sell-out. Book early for the best selection!

Do I have to pay if I’m not jumping?

Nope! Admission prices are for jumpers only - relax and enjoy food & drinks from Big Eats!

Do you serve food?

Absolutely! You can purchase food at Big Eats, our snack bar that serves items such as pizza, chicken tenders, and other tasty treats with seating for the whole family.

What's your refund policy?

All sales are final. No refunds will be given for any reason, including non-usage.

What are your prices?

Our prices vary by location, day, time, and ages. Visit our Admission page to learn more about membership options, and check Big Deals often for limited time discounts and offers!

What can I do at Big Air?

Big Air offers high-flying fun for the whole family where you can literally bounce off the walls! Jumping surfaces include trampoline dodgeball courts, slam dunk courts, ninja-warrior courses, launch pads, foam pits, a massive freestyle court, climbing wall & much more!

I'm having a party. Can I bring my own food?

Party guests who book through big air events may bring a cake or cupcakes in a covered container for their party. Cookie cakes are not allowed. Otherwise all outside food and drinks are prohibited in the park. If you would like to bring in outside food we do have a catering fee that would apply. For more details please contact our big air events department. We will provide plates, napkins and forks for parties.
