  4. A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. Group rates are booked in one hour increments. Prices include Air Socks! Reservations should be made a minimum of one week in advance. All time slots are subject to sell-out. Book early for the best selection!

Everything you need to know about Big Air
Can we bring a cake?

Only with a booked party package or room rental ($100 fee).

Can we bring decorations?

Yes, we kindly ask that you use the tape we provide to hang things on the walls. Confetti and silly string are not permitted and usage will result in an additional cleaning fee.

What if my jumper is a toddler?

We recommend a parent/guardian jump with toddlers. Adults will count as jumpers toward the total package headcount.

When do I gain access to my party room?

Once we have finished cleaning the room, we will have approximately 10 minutes to set up your room. Please contact our events team to discuss adding additional room time before or after your pizza party.

Do you sell balloons?

No, but there are stores nearby that do!

Do I need to provide a guest list?

Our staff will adhere to the guest list you provide. Guest lists are the most cost effective form of organization. If you choose to omit the guest list, we will add on jumpers accordingly without limitations.
