If you forget your pass, we will look up your pass information by name. If your card was lost or stolen, we will replace it for a $10 fee
Since the Big Air PLAYer pass is a one-time-only, upfront payment, we do not offer refunds or early cancellations.
We only charge for jumpers. If you are participating in the trampoline activities you are considered a jumper! All other spectators are free of charge. Additional food options are available for your guests.

Your membership will only be redeemable at Big Air Trampoline Park in Auburn, WA. Memberships are only valid on specified days during operating hours and are not valid on Holidays.
Party areas are available after the jump session. Set up varies based on your jump time. Typically, we allow guests access to their party area 10 minutes prior to the start of their party. Your party host will aid in set up.
