CAN I UPGRADE MY DAY PASS TO A MEMBERSHIP?

Of course! Guests can put the value of their jump session toward a membership on the same day.

 

HOW OFTEN AM I BILLED?

Every Pass and Memberships you pay a one-time fee and enjoy for the period you selected (one, three, six moths or the whole year!).

CAN I USE MY MEMBERSHIP AT OTHER BIG AIR TRAMPOLINE PARKS?

Currently, memberships are only valid at the location where they were purchased.

 

IS MY MEMBERSHIP VALID FOR BIRTHDAY OR GROUP EVENTS?

As a Big Air member, you receive a exclusive deal for your BIG events, from $50 off any party package to 20% off. 

ARE THERE MEMBERSHIP BLACK OUT DAYS?

*Big Air Memberships™ are non-transferable and do not guarantee park access, especially during high-attendance periods. Memberships may not be purchased with Gift Cards. Memberships are not valid on major US holidays or for in-park events including Cosmic Nights; discounted member rates may apply, however. Blockout dates may apply. The monthly membership option requires a three-month minimum and a valid debit/credit card on file at all times; should a payment not go through, membership and park access will be restricted until account is brought up-to-date. Bring-a-Buddy passes can be used once per billing cycle, and consist of a two-hour jump pass; member must be present when discount is given. 2-hours-per-day access must be redeemed for two consecutive hours.
